Shipping, Returns, Pre-orders and all other Policies

Shipping: We ship domestic as well as International.

Malaysia Customers:

SPECIAL SAVINGS: FREE SHIPPING for all Malaysia orders (Excluding Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan) over MYR$200 ! (Free shipping method will be the cheapest method as chosen by our shipping department. If you desire a specific method you need to make a note of it in your order notes and we may contact you for a partial shipping fee difference if it is not the cheapest method. If you are unable to accept courier express deliveries, please make note of that when you place your order - we may charge extra shipping if you don't qualify for courier express shipments, but it will be the difference from standard shipping costs, not a full shipping fee.) If you place an order for pre-order items along with in stock items, the order may not ship until all items are in stock, or may ship at our option in multiple shipments. You may at any time request your in-stock shipments be sent for a small fee; however, you will not be charged for partial shipments made at our discretion. FREE SHIPPING is only guaranteed for ONE free shipment per order if the order qualifies for free shipping. The FREE SHIPPING applies to all Malaysia states and territories (excluding Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan) under standard shipping methods.

International Customers:

Pos Malaysia Air Mail Parcel - BE WARNED: THIS IS SLOW! It can take up to a month or longer to receive your package!

Pos Express Mail International - Typically 5-10 business days (tracking number)

Please note: Rates for International orders are accurate in most cases, however in some instances the actual cost is more or less. Should that occur, we will contact you via email.

International customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes or brokerage fees. BigBangToy is not responsible for these charges. Please contact your local customs department for more information, these duties, taxes, fees and laws vary by each country.

--->All shipments refused and returned will be charged a 20% restocking fee. There is no refund for you shipping fees, no exceptions. If you wish to have the shipment resent you will have to pay the postage again.


Figures, statues, action figures are all mass produced and as a result some inconsistencies in finish and painting may occur; these are not considered manufacturer's defects. If you absolutely must have perfection, prepare to do some touch-up work on your own.

ALL packaging is in new, unopened and in Acceptable Condition unless expressly advertised or previously communicated otherwise. We DO NOT sell used and/or opened merchandise. The condition we receive it in from the distributor/manufacturer is the condition it is shipped out to you.

Our definition of Acceptable Condition: Our commitment to you is that we will never ship you goods with torn packaging or major cosmetic or structural damage. Most of our statue and figure packaging is in NEAR mint condition. That being said, there is rarely an occurrence that toys, action figures and statues arrive to any distributor or retailer in a truly MINT condition. From the manufacturer all the way to you the consumer your item is handled several times. Therefore, small abrasions, minor creases and very minor dings in packaging are all considered as acceptable condition. Short of charging you to fly one of our staff to the factory to hand pick your item and deliver it to your door in person, we do not guarantee MINT condition of figure or statue packaging, only acceptable condition as outlined above. Lastly, due to our high standards in which we define acceptable condition we will not honor requests to sift through our inventory for the best package condition of any particular item. We WILL however inform you in advance if we have a piece that we deem as NOT being acceptable when it's pulled from inventory and it's the last piece we have and you've ordered it, we will definitely NEVER blindly ship out something in sub-par condition.

Box Stickers:

Please realize that most of our goods are imported from Overseas. There is a considerable amount of moisture on container ships that sometimes effects the integrity of box sticker seals causing the package to appear as opened. More often than not, a closer examination of these boxes is all that is need to reveal that the packaging was never tampered with in an attempt to open the actual box. At BigBangToy we NEVER open products before we ship them. Additionally, figures imported from overseas through any major international distributor will have their respective logo on the packaging. These logos may be in the form of a sticker! (BigBangToy will never place a BigBangToy branded sticker on your merchandise).

Cancellation Policy:

All unfulfilled orders that are not pre-orders can be canceled with a full refund within 60 days of the order date. All cancellations past 60 days will be charged a 10% processing fee. This applies to pre-orders, backorders, International orders, et cetera. No exceptions. To cancel an order you need to contact us directly either by email or phone, we do not accept order note cancellations.

Returns Policy:

BigBangToy is not here to rip you off or cause problems for you with your order. We excel at Customer Service and we are very good about working through any concerns and/or issues you may have with your orders. If you need to return and/or exchange something please contact us first to notify us of the problem and we will give explicit instructions on how to proceed.

All returns and/or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case personal basis to keep the customer in the know at all times and avoid confusion and/or problems. **Please note that all shipping fees related to returns and exchanges will be at your expense. Please read our specific returns policies below for different goods.**

We do not ship damaged goods, everything is inspected by hand fiirst. If you should receive goods that were damaged while in transit you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of said goods. They MUST be returned to us to receive an exchange or refund. If you should break or damage an item after you have received it we will not refund or exchange it. It is your responsibility to care for the goods you purchase. If you have a damage concern that does not fit these guidelines, please contact us by email and we will handle it case by case.

Figures, Toys and Plushies Return Policy:

If for any reason you are unhappy with a figure, toy, or plushie, we require you to take pictures of the defective areas for our team to look into the matter. The pictures will also be handed to our suppliers and manufacturers for their own investigation. If its deem as by no fault of the customer, we will gladly accept your return provided you make advance arrangements for exchange, replacement or refund. Model Kit Return Policy:

All model kit sales are final. This is due to the many small parts included in each model kit. Quality control and inspection for verification of complete contents on model kit returns is impossible. Rest assured that if you buy a kit from us, it was never sold before and returned with pieces plundered. Your kit will arrive with the same contents as it left the factory with.
